Last week was Beyond the Plus' first monthly socials, and it was a success!
We had about 11 people show up, which may not seem like much, but it was a lively party! We played games, had some laughs, and created new friendships between people who had never even met other people like them. This is why Beyond the Plus exists, and why our mission is so important to us.
Our socials turnout was less driven by our member count, and more by guests, and this is something we'd like to balance out more. Hopefully more members attend in the future, but obviously people have work and other stuff going on. But as Bt+ grows, more and more people will show up. And as time goes on, our team will get better and better at organizing these events and bringing people together.
There's not much else to say on the matter. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to bring people together like this, and we know this will be the first of many opportunities.
